If an open spot needs covering before the next rain, we tell you plainly.
Then you get a written estimate that lists the work line by line. Sometimes that means a small roof repair. Sometimes the damage is spread wide enough that roof replacement makes more sense, and we explain why. If you are filing a claim, we walk you through how the process usually goes and what an adjuster tends to look at, but the coverage decision stays between you and your insurance company.
