Where We Roof: Warr Acres and Its Neighbors

From our base in Warr Acres, our crews handle roof repair, inspections and full replacements for homeowners across the surrounding area. When a storm passes through, we help you sort out what needs attention now, what can wait and what to do first, so damage turns into a clear plan.

Where Our Crews Work

Warr Acres is home base, and most of our days are spent within a short drive of it. We regularly work in Bethany, The Village and Nichols Hills, and across much of Oklahoma City. Heading west and south, we take jobs in Yukon and Mustang. To the north and east, we cover Piedmont, Edmond, Spencer and Del City.

The service is the same wherever you live. We look at the whole roof, take photos of what we find and explain it in plain terms before anyone talks about price. That covers roof repair, roof replacement, roof inspections, storm damage repair and gutters. If you are unsure your street falls inside our area, mention where you live on the phone and we will let you know plainly whether we can help.

What Roofs Go Through Around Here

Spring hail and summer wind
Central Oklahoma sees strong storms most years, usually from spring into early summer. Hail can bruise shingles without leaving obvious holes, and straight-line winds lift tabs and break their seal. Damage like that often shows up as a leak weeks later. Having the roof checked soon after a storm gives you photos with a date on them, which helps if you decide to file a claim.
Older roofs on older homes
Many neighborhoods across the metro were built between the 1950s and 1980s, with newer subdivisions mixed in on the edges. On older houses we often find a second layer of shingles, tired decking or flashing that has been patched more than once. We check what is underneath before recommending repair or replacement, so the advice fits your roof and not a guess.
Heat, cold and ice
Long hot summers dry out shingles, and winter brings ice storms and sharp temperature swings. That cycle loosens nails, cracks sealant around vents and pushes ice into clogged gutters. Clean, well-pitched gutters and sound flashing do a lot of quiet work here.
Permits and neighborhood rules
Most cities in the metro expect a permit for a full reroof, and requirements vary from town to town. Some neighborhoods also have HOA rules on shingle color or style. We sort out the permit for the city you live in and can walk you through what your HOA may want to see before work begins.
